- Start with the usual store bought pizza dough.
- I mixed Classico spaghetti sauce with some ricotta cheese and spread over dough.
- For the Mac-N-Cheese part I cooked a pound of penne pasta then poured a jar of Classico Alfredo sauce in it. I added some Ricotta in it as well. Spread on top of the pizza dough.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cook in a 475 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it!!

Mac-N-Cheese Pizza
In my last post I raved about this awesome Mac-N-Cheese pizza we had at The Lodge in Tampa. So I attempted to make it myself. Not so bad if I say so myself.....
